After we spend the time to better understand the property, and more importantly, your needs; we will send you a purchase agreement for the agreed-upon-price. Afterwards, we work with reputable Title Companies or Closing Attorneys to open escrow and perform the closing. All of this can be done either remotely or in-person, completely up to you.
